Portable Tournament Director
January 14, 2008
I remember many years back when my father and his mates, seamen he worked with during the years, would conduct poker or card nights in our home. My mother would always have a busy afternoon preparing the guys’ nibbles, snacks and drinks while us kids (my siblings and I) were not allowed to stay up late nor be in the same room where they were playing. No kids were allowed. I would wonder what they were doing or playing. I only know that it was called poker. Whether they played for money or not I never knew. But they always had fun, noisy but fun night. That always got me curious and would want to watch. Sometimes I was able to sneak in, but most of the time I got caught by the elders.
I guess poker games became revolutionized. With all those international tournaments conducted in many countries flocked by both novice and professional players but as well as online playing, it just became so popular. ‘Poker for dummies’ (books) were even written for those who want to learn the game. And now a device for poker playing, a poker timer

it’s the world’s first portable tournament director, the Poker Ace PTD, is a revolutionary device that is used for home tournaments that it feels like you’re playing in a professional poker tournament. It’s so compact that you can just pack it inside the chip case, and no need for plugs because the Poker Ace PTD is battery operated. Inside the house or outside the patio, poker playing is possible. This device is sold only for $49,00 at pokeraceptd.com.
My father no longer plays, otherwise I could give him this as a gift. By the way, if you’re looking for such device for any of your home tournaments, just click the link and it will take you to the website that offers this device.
