Thai Basil Minced Pork or Beef

Ingredients:
- 1 pound minced beef or pork ( fat optional )
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 2 sliced onion
- fresh basil (laurel) leaves chopped or whole
- red chillies/peppers chopped or whole
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
