Rice noodles with spicy tamarind sauce

The mood to experiment kicked in and this was the result. I should say that the idea wasn't totally mine as I took a big part of it from Pad Thai recipe (Thai fried noodles) but this was much simplified, easyier to prepare and if I might add, husband loved it! Few weeks ago I bought a small jar of tamarind sauce at the Thai store and I really wanted to use it. Since I have a bag of flat noodles, I decided to make this and see how it would taste. It's becoming hard to keep this blog rolling since my husband and I tend to eat our favorites which really are repetitions of my recipes here.
