Tonight, for the 3rd time (in a span of 2 months), my husband and I will be visiting this restaurant again! Why? because we became fans of this restaurant found in our city and about 20 minutes walk from our house. Yes, 20 minutes! It took us almost 10 years just to find a restaurant in our city that caters to our demand: good food. And finally we found it!

Back in August of last year, we commissioned Simon, a professional house (re) builder, a one-man-machine (literally!) to renovate rooms in our home. That included the entire kitchen, living room, toilet, my husband's office and the garage. He was such the best in the business as he single handedly demolished our fireplace, old kitchen, and all that needed to be rebuild. I think he has worked on about 60% of our home. This spring he'll do our main bathroom so we'll see him again.

Husband and I were in the mood to dine with some friends so we invited two of our best and took them to Loos Restaurant in Rotterdam. Loos is a cafe-restaurant combination with a business like ambiance since the location is surrounded with offices but the inside look must not be mistaken for a non sense service when it comes to food. I had, and my husband and friends too, the best time. I'm just going to share some of the plates we had. If only I can remember them all *lol*
