Yesterday was a good start of the month, or so I thought since the sun was shining and we had a blue clear sky. It was really fantastic to see since we've had a very long winter and frankly speaking many of us living in this part of the globe have had it with the cold temperature. Even my dog didn't want to go home when he was taken out yesterday for a walk, it was simply a gorgoeus day! But not when we woke up this morning. I know that I haven't been updating but I have good reasons.
Not much cooking is happening in my kitchen lately. That's the main reason. Secondly, I'm back in school and quite serious about it. I hope to be finished though within a year and come back to regular blogging. No, this blog isn't going on hiatus. I will try to blog whenever time permits.

We've been having good sunny weather in Holland , or at least on our part of the land, that my husband and I simply grab every opportunity we get to bike around. Whilst the elders start to poke on my luggages for gifts, nephews and nieces start chewing on different flavored haribo gummy candies I brought home. "Gummy candies are the best!" children shouting in glee in between chewing. My own mother even secretly hid a pack all for herself to enjoy, which I think was so funny!
