This is the continuation of my previous post : Hot and sweet chicken red curry , but you must be wondering why the previous post was with red curry while this was with green curry. Because the method of cooking and ingredients (except for the curry) are identical.
Have you ever thought of which is hotter, red or green curry? I am referring to Thai curry. Some say it's the red, some say the green. There is actually a third- yellow curry, which they say is just in the middle. I don't really know

In this blog I have posted several chicken curry recipes already and yet here's another one *tee hee* I can imagine some visitors eyebrows raising and uttering: 'doesn't she have any other recipes to share?' The answer is no, I don't! Ha! ha! Simple but tasty, that's why I made this chicken burger twice last week. I was kind of not really in the mood to cook lately and have been looking for easy recipes. I'm glad my husband liked this and it was because of him we had it twice in the same week.
recipe yields for 4 persons
Ingredients:
700g kilo chicken breast fillet, free of fat
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder
breadcrumbs
pepper and salt
oil for frying

Another recipe which is similar to an old entry (September 1, 2005) One of my favorites, and my husband's too. I've tasted this in the Philippines during my vacation last year. I ordered it in a Thai restaurant there and I was pleased because their Chicken Pandan tasted close to what I usually had in Thailand (where I lived for years.) My lola (grandmother) was really good in using left overs. Chicken, pork, and fish she'd use them all 'again' to produce yummy 'new' viand. Nothing must be wasted, her words of wisdom.

Winter is here! That means soup soup soup is always the day's order. I don't really mind what kind of soup as long as it's warm!
I just finished cooking this macaroni soup with minimum ingredients that I found in the ref. Luckily I had chicken breast, Dutch sausage, Chinese cabbage, cabbage and elbow macaroni, so I just quickly sautéed some garlic and onion then placed it in the boiling chicken bouillon where I previously boiled the breast.
