Crispy baked potato

A simple side dish I prepared on Christmas eve dinner. It's just a  dinner for two that's why I opted for a 3-course meal. Along with this potato we had steak (will soon be posted) that went well with this simple preparation. I boiled young potato with skin intact until half cooked, set them aside until I can hold them to slice them in half. Oven was prewarmed to 180C.
