Christmas goodies!
We’re having a rather strange Sunday today. It started this morning when my husband called up his father and heard from the older guy that he didn’t sleep will, with pain in his eye and feeling of nausea. We all know the symptoms too well so we immediately called up the Sunday doctor who was on duty to expect us because we need to bring my father in law in. Some six months ago this occurred too for the first time and it was an onset of glaucoma. An eye disease that is treatable, but unfortunately not curable. But all in all due to bringing him to the doctor, my father in law feels a lot better now. Only my plan on putting up our Christmas tree today did not materialize. I’m a bit disappointed as it was scheduled for today.
But I hope I get the chance to put up the tree the coming days of next weekend. I am also planning (only now) our Christmas celebration, our spread. I still have to complete my preparation list. The past years I did not prepare Christmas cake but this year I am thinking of having one or at least some cupcakes instead that would be great too as give aways.
Anyway, I’m glad I found celebrations.com where I can easily grab ideas. I found some cute Christmas Cupcakes such as this was that is cutely decorated. I bet those antlers are pretzels!
Ah, away with the problems, we’ll try to enjoy the coming of the Holidays and must continue my preparation!
