We do not celebrate Thanksgiving in Holland thus no Thanksgiving spread for me to post. What I have here was my husband's request and what we had tonight. He wanted Boerenkool Stamppot ( Curly Kale with mashed potatoes, a typical dutch meal) with worst (Dutch sausage) and that's exactly what he had. Only I wasn' t able to take shot of his plate. Ah, Christmas! It's just around the corner and I still have to send my Christmas cards to family and close friends! I would like to send personalized cards this year (as I plan each year) but unfortunately I don't see this materializing because of lack of time. I don't see this as a problem though. I can still send nice cards this Christmas and I don't have to just buy them from bookstore. Photo Christmas Cards!
