Rice noodles with spicy tamarind sauce

The mood to experiment kicked in and this was the result. I should say that the idea wasn't totally mine as I took a big part of it from Pad Thai recipe (Thai fried noodles) but this was much simplified, easyier to prepare and if I might add, husband loved it!
