I just posted earlier how I wanted to learn to bake because it really is one thing that I am not quite good in. I don't know why but I just don't trust myself 100% when it comes to mixing flour with other ingredients, especially I don't trust myself to make cakes!

I've been wondering lately that maybe it's time for me to get some training from cooking experts? I know that I can cook, well at least people who eat my food say so, but I know deep in my heart that there is so much to learn about cooking. And baking! How I want to learn to bake!
