I'm still sharing some of the food that we've tasted during our vacation in Thailand. Some of them that I can not make simply because they were prepared by hotel chefs, like this one. We went to Hilton Hotel's (in Hua Hin) White Lotus Restaurant , it's a Chinese restaurant which we always visit when we're in the area. It's my husband's favorite Chinese restaurant because I must admit that their Szechuan and Cantonese dishes truly are amazingly good!

Do you watch American idol? I'm sure you do, it's quite popular not just in the United States but all over the world. I guess you will all agree with me if I say that the all time best AI winner was Carrie Underwood, yes? YES! Have you heard that lady sing? When she sings, you will want to hear her sing more, just powerful and wonderful voice she's blessed with! Am I sounding like a fan? It's because I really am.

When on vacation it's pretty hard for me and my husband to resist the food temptation. Especially for me. We miss seafood a lot because I don't cook it much here in Holland since not only it's expensive, fresh catch are hard to find around our area -thus we tend to have it every single day while on vacation in Asia, particularly in Thailand.

Autumn vacation is fast approaching and I am sure a lot of people, single or families will take the opportunity to take a short (or even a long break) to nearby countries or cities. I for one would love to take a short break and visit London again, especially I would like to do some shopping in Oxford Street! I remember having a good time with my friends last year when we visited England, made some trips to see some wonderful tourist spots but we all enjoyed London much, its hustle and bustle
